Let’s meet for coffee or schedule a phone consultation. It is so important to get to know each other to ensure that we are the right fit!
II. Pop the Champagne
We had our consultation, you loved viewing my portfolio and you and your fiancé have officially decided you want to book! I am officially doing the happy dance and you two can mark one more item off of your list to-do list!
III. contract & Deposit
It’s time to make it officially official! I will send you over a contract including the photography package you want, an invoice for a 30% non-refundable retainer, and the initial wedding questionnaire. Signing the contract and paying the non-refundable retainer makes us official and your date is secured
The next step for us would be to start discussing when you would like to have your engagement session! I schedule engagement shoots about 1-2 months in advance and normally shoot them on weekday evenings Monday-Thursday since I am shooting weddings on weekends. If you want to start getting inspiration for your session.
Don’t worry! I will be by your side every step of the way! Throughout the wedding process, I will share with you tons of helpful information. Starting as soon as you book, I will send you a 87-page bridal guide. Then before your engagement session, I will provide you with a style guide and email with tons of helpful information. Lastly, before your wedding I will send you a detailed questionnaire so I am familiar day and pre-wedding detail prep checklist. My goal is to make things as easy and painless as possible so you can focus on marrying your sweetie

You should not have to wait to see some of your images, so within 24 hours you will receive a sneak peek! Then 6-12 weeks following your wedding day, after I have meticulously edited each image one by one, I will deliver your images through a private online gallery.
